Terms of Service

The service

Crafio provides a hosted backend (schema, data, tenant auth, files, payments, email, CRM) and an admin dashboard. Agents connect through MCP with a scoped token. You are responsible for the apps you build on top of Crafio and for the people you invite.

Accounts

• Keep your login and tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Project owners can invite team members and assign roles. Revoke access when someone leaves.
• Tenant users belong to a project. They are not Crafio team members and must not be given admin access.

Your content

You keep ownership of project data, files, and the customer apps you ship. You grant Crafio a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You must have the rights to upload it.

Agents and tokens

Tokens are per project and shown once. Anyone with a token can use the scopes you granted. Revoke tokens you no longer trust. Crafio is not responsible for what an agent writes if you gave it a token.

Payments and third parties

Payments go through your Stripe account. Email and CRM use the providers you connect. Their terms apply to those services. Crafio does not take custody of your funds.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a project that violates it.

Availability

We aim to keep Crafio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. We will try not to break existing projects without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crafio is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by an agent acting with a valid token, a third-party provider, or content you store.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the new terms. For questions: [email protected].
