Email & CRM

Agents send mail and update CRM through your connected providers. Credentials stay in Crafio.

Check what is live with integrations.list and integrations.status. Until a provider is connected, those tools tell the agent to send you to Integrations.

Email

Connect Gmail, Resend, SendGrid, or Postmark. Then:

email.send — required to, subject. Optional html, text, from, provider.
email.templates
email.log

REST: POST /v1/<projectId>/email/send with the same body. Sent messages show on the Email page.

CRM

HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Tools route to the project's primary CRM:

crm.search { query }, crm.upsert_contact { email, name, firstName, lastName, phone, id }
crm.list_deals, crm.upsert_deal { name, amount, stage, id }
crm.sync

REST: POST /v1/<projectId>/crm/:action. Optional provider overrides the primary.
